Forgive Me

Forgive Me

It occurs to me every now and then.
Especially when you say that you hate men,
That I do things you find hard to respect
Leaving you feeling a sense of neglect
It’s important you know this is not the case,
For yours is a love I can never replace
Although I sometimes pretend that I can
That’s just the foolish pride of man
Not even my imagination would go so far
As to picture a world without your spark
The dark and alone would be too much to bear
And no other voice could reduce my fear
My Xbox is only a temporary measure
To distract my mind from missing your pleasure
I can tell you’re mad by the way you resist me
I’ve suffered long enough now, please forgive me

Say it with Flowers today!
